A complete high-pressure cleaning machine consists of a high-pressure pump, sealing parts, high-pressure valve, crankcase, pressure reducing valve, pressure gauge, relief valve, safety valve, spray gun, and other structures. 1. Spray gun
Working principle of spray gun:
The spray gun is the most frequently operated component and is a simple mechanical device centered around a trigger operated ball valve. The spray gun valve bead remains in the closed or forward position under the action of water flow. Or seal the passage of water flow from the gun to the nozzle. When pulling the trigger, it pushes a piston against the bead, forcing it to leave the valve seat and open the channel for water to flow to the nozzle. When the trigger is released, the beads return to the valve seat and seal the channel under the action of the spring. If the parameters permit, the spray gun should make the operator comfortable. Generally speaking, forward entry guns are used for low-voltage equipment and are relatively inexpensive. Rear entry guns are more comfortable, they rarely stay, and the hoses do not obstruct the operator’s path.

Common faults of spray guns:
If the high-pressure cleaning machine starts the spray gun and does not produce water, if there is air in the high-pressure pump due to self suction, the spray gun can be repeatedly turned on and off until the air in the high-pressure pump is discharged to produce water, or the tap water can be turned on and replaced with a self suction starting device after the spray gun produces water. If connected to tap water, it is possible that the high and low pressure valves in the high-pressure pump are stuck after long-term storage. Use an air compressor to spray air from the water inlet to the equipment. When there is gas from the spray gun, connect to tap water and start the equipment.
2. Nozzle
Working principle of nozzle:
Nozzles affect pressure and efficiency, and small injection areas mean greater pressure. This is why rotating nozzles are becoming increasingly popular. In fact, they do not increase pressure, but they use a zero degree injection angle in a motion to cover larger areas faster than using a zero degree angle.
Common nozzle faults:
If one or two holes are blocked in the porous nozzle of the spray gun, the spray force and reaction force of the nozzle or nozzle will be imbalanced, and it will tilt in one direction or backward, and the object will swing rapidly in the direction, causing huge injury to the operator. So it is necessary to inspect it with low-pressure water before firing and confirm that there are no holes or blockages before it can work.
3. Gun barrel
Working principle of gun barrel:
Usually 1/8 or 1/4 inch diameter, there should be sufficient length to avoid the operator placing their hands in front of the nozzle under high pressure. The end can give you an angle, and the length means how far away you are from the cleaned object without being splashed. The cleaning efficiency may decrease as the distance between you and the object being cleaned increases, for example, a pressure of 12 inches will only be half the pressure of 6 inches.
Common faults of gun barrel:
The nozzle is usually connected to the spray rod or high-pressure hose through threaded connections or quick couplings. If the connection is not secure, the nozzle will fall off, and the high-pressure hose will shake in disorder, injuring surrounding personnel.
